A wild, successful season for LOOK pedals
As this unusual sporting season draws to a close, it is time to take a look back on the successes.
The 2020 season was short yet intense, with 16 stage wins and 7 overall placings on the grand tours as well as 1 monument with the Tour of Lombardy. Team NIPPO DELKO One Provence, riding the 795 Blade RS, 785 Huez Disc, 796 Monoblade RS and EXAKT pedals, also finished 23rd in the UCI World Tour team ranking.
We are already looking forward to 2021, and seeing our products push our riders to victory once again.
On August 15, Jakob Fuglsang opens the LOOK pedal scoreboard, winning the final monument of the season, and the second major one-day race of his career.
An incredible Tour de France for our LOOK pedals: 9 stage wins and the overall victory of young Slovenian Tadej Pogacar, who also takes out the best young rider and polka dot classifications. Movistar Team wins the overall team ranking.
Inspired by his teammate's victory in Paris, Diego Ulissi wins two stages of the Giro with the Keo 2 Max: stage 2 into Agrigento and stage 13 between Cervia and Monselice.
Closing out the season with a resounding bang in Spain: 5 stge wins and 3 overall classifications! Frenchman Guillaume Martin rides his Keo Blade Carbon to a best climber's jersey and Enric Mas doubles up with the Keo 2 Max, winning best young rider and the overall team standings with Team Movistar.
Our MTB athletes, riding the X-Track Race Carbon, were no strangers to podiums either.
Loana Leconte not only won an elite World Cup event, she also rode away with the U23 World and European titles. Another outstanding performance was Christophe Blevin's silver medal at the men's U23 World Championships.
Our athletes, just like our pedals, have a bright future ahead of them.
